We believe the most important time to seek therapy and counseling is early on in the onset of these feelings.  In our society today, we are seeing that mental wellness and prevention is equally important as seeking health & wellness for the whole body and whole being.

In our society, we do not see emotional mental health as a priority. We do not speak openly.  We say this is private.  We seem to hide and cover our mental and emotional illnesses and it has become an epidemic.  The time is now to save yourself and our humanity.  We must bring awareness, empathy and understanding to mental and emotional health.

Denise combines traditional counseling with many new evidence based therapies that help develop the individual strengths to greatly allow the fears and feelings to awaken and learn to be self-aware.

With over 12 years of practice and experience, she has developed a peaceful yoga therapy that can be used effectively for all issues of stress, anxiety, fear, depression, insomnia, trauma, grief and PTSD.
